REO Gateway Apartments

Opened in fall of 2023, the REO Gateway apartments are home to 72 units, serving as a connector between downtown Lansing and the REO Town neighborhood, substantially benefitting the walkability of the Washington Avenue corridor. With riverside access and downtown views, residents are able to immerse themselves in a walkable urban environment while maintaining a close connection to the best natural offerings of the area.
