Dymaxion Development is a Lansing-based real estate development firm that specializes in both adaptive reuse and ground-up development. We are uniquely skilled at preserving and managing historic buildings with community revitalization at the forefront of our business model. With development, construction, and property management teams, we are able to efficiently facilitate our projects from concept to stabilization.
Our Story
Founded in 2003, Dymaxion Development began with the vision of enhancing the historic character of Lansing and positively influencing regional growth for all those who call the capital city home. Starting with two employees, Dymaxion Development has since grown to over 30 team members and has over $150MM of development completed or in the development pipeline. Specializing in carrying projects from conception to completion we leverage our relationships with designers, architects, lenders, contractors, consultants, local municipalities to work alongside our development and property management teams.
