Acquired early 2024, this 137,000 square foot former Sam's Club location comes with 6 loading docks, high ceilings, and multiple grade level doors. Upon acquiring the building, our team split the building into two suites and welcomed Norm Fasteners into the building, which now serves as their headquarters for North American operations.
