East Lansing Storage

Completed fall of 2023, East Lansing Storage offers space for up to 715 tenants to securely store their valued possessions in its 85,000 sq ft footprint. The project consists of 7 buildings, with the primary structure featuring a prominent brick facade and storefront display. Additional site areas have been allocated to outdoor boat and RV storage.

This asset is strategically located adjacent to Interstate 69 along the rapidly growing Saginaw St corridor. This facility was also the recipient of the 2024 Self Storage Association of Michigan Facility of the Year Award.
