Building Summary

Serving in the capacity of Owner's Representative for the City of Lansing, Dymaxion Development is managing the development of a 2,000 person concert and entertainment venue in the heart of downtown Lansing. This building will host music performances of all types, while also serving as the new home for the Lansing Public Media Center. The project broke ground in summer of 2024.
